Vacation

Clark was asked to consult with the Traverse City mass transit system. He recommended more comfortable seating and improved operator hygiene.

His consulting duties complete, Clark took a dip in the bay.

Later, he visited Sleeping Bear Dunes. There were lots of dunes, but the bear was a no-show.

The scenic overlook might have been enjoyable if Clark had not just read that sand dunes are prone to sudden and unpredictable collapse.

It's always fun to be somewhere new, and Clark celebrated by running around his temporary quarters in his underwear.

Clark spent the rest of the week catching up on his reading.

It's always good to be home again, and Clark celebrated his return by running around the house in his underwear.

By Sunday, it was back to the old routine - up early for a cup of coffee then settle in with the paper.

Animal House

Clark capped off a busy weekend with a trip to the zoo.
Mom, a renowned thespian, briefly convinced Clark that the zoo cafe had served him monkey meat.

Clark had to admit it was a good gag.

The excitement was palpable.
